Our customers are public and voluntary sector organisations who work with children, young people and families, primarily in the criminal justice arena.
Because our products are fully scalable and extremely flexible, our software can be tailored for single user organisations to those with as many as 1000 users. Typically we work with large sites in the range of 150+ users, medium sized sites with between 50 and 150 users, and small teams with under 50 users.
Specifically:
- We are the leading provider of After Care systems, supplying Leaving Care Services based both within Social Services and contracted out to voluntary sector agencies such as NCH, Barnardos and Spurgeons Child Care.

- Almost three quarters of YOTs in England and Wales use our YOIS case management system. And as YOTs work more and more in multi-agency environments, collaborating with education, health, housing, drug workers, youth workers, and social services, so YOIS is being extended into these areas too.
