CACI ACQUIRE SPECIALIST YOUTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROVIDER SOCIAL SOFTWARE LTD


CACI Ltd, a leading provider of information systems and marketing solutions in the UK, today announces the acquisition of Social Software Limited.

Social Software is a leading supplier of specialist information management systems and support services to the social welfare community - designing and building evaluative case management applications for organisations working with children, young people and their families.

The acquisition of Social Software is the latest in a series of strategic investments that CACI are making in the Children’s Services sector. In August 2007, Arete Software Ltd, a leading supplier of integrated databases for Education were acquired; as were SoftSmart Ltd, proprieters of Early Years software in June 2008.
